After Hours Emergency Help
For emergency computing assistance (Critical systems supported by IT Services On-call process or if in an emergency it is necessary to contact CVMBS IT personnel only) after normal business hours, including weekends and holidays, call (970) 297-HELP (4357), then dial 2 and leave a voice message.
NOTE: When you call 297-HELP (4357) you will hear:
“You have reached the IT Services after hours computing support helpline.
Please dial 2 now for computer assistance for critical hospital information systems that impact the treatment of Veterinary Medical Center patients or if it is necessary to contact IT Services personnel in an emergency. Your call will be returned within 30 minutes.
Please dial 1 now for all other computer help. The Helpdesk will return your call the next business day.
If you do not receive a call-back within 30 minutes, refer to the IT Services On-call document posted in VTH Small Animal Reception and in CCU for further contact details.”
