After Hours Emergency Help
For emergency computing assistance (Critical systems supported by IT Services On-call process or if in an emergency it is necessary to contact CVMBS IT personnel only) after normal business hours, including weekends and holidays, call (970) 297-HELP (4357), then dial 2 and leave a voice message.
NOTE: When you call 297-HELP (4357) you will hear:
"You have reached IT Services Emergency after hours support.
If this is critical and impacts patient treatment dial "2" now. Your call will be returned within 30 minutes.
Please dial "1" now for all other computer help. The helpdesk will return your call the next business day.
If you not receive a response to a critical call within 30 minutes refer to the IT Services on-call document posted in the VTH Small Animal Reception and CCU.
